Sweet Potato-Pecan Puffs

Ingredients
- 4 baked or boiled sweet potatoes or yams
- 3 Tbsp margarine or butter
- dash of ginger to taste
- dash of cinnamon to taste
- salt to taste
- 12 c chopped pecans
Directions
- Whip sweet potatoes with margarine
- Season to taste with spices
- Form mixture into small balls
- Cover each ball with pecans
- Arrange on lightly greased baking dish
- Bake at 400 for 10 minutes
- Serve piping hot
