Sweet Potato And Apple Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 pt sliced cooked apples just tender
- 1 pt cooked sweet potato slices
- 3 Tbsp flour
- 12 c brown sugar
- 12 c butter
- 14 c heavy cream
- 12 c nuts optional
- dash of nutmeg
Directions
- Place apples and potatoes in baking dish
- Mix together other ingredients and pour over apples
- Bake until light brown in 350 oven
