Sweet Potato Bake
Ingredients
- 2 to 2 12 lb sweet potatoes
- 14 c oleo melted
- 14 to 12 c sugar
- 14 c raisins
- 12 c chopped nuts
- 13 c miniature marshmallows
Directions
- Cook sweet potatoes to just tender about 30 minutes
- Drain cool and peel
- In large bowl mash potatoes
- Stir in oleo sugar and raisins
