Sweet Potato Bread

Ingredients

• 1 12 c sugar
• 1 12 c brown sugar
• 2 c mashed sweet potatoes cooked
• 1 c chopped nuts
• 4 eggs
• 3 12 c flour
• 1 c oil
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 12 tsp salt
• 1 tsp nutmeg
• 1 tsp allspice

Directions

1. Mix sugar potatoes oil eggs and vanilla
2. Add remaining ingredients
3. Put equal amounts into 4 greased 1 pound coffee cans
4. Bake at 350 for 1 hour
