Sweet Potato Chips

Ingredients

• 3 to 4 medium yams
• 1 to 1 12 c vegetable oil
• salt

Directions

1. Peel and wash yams
2. Slice as thin as possible the thinner the better
3. Heat oil in a deep frying pan let oil get very hot Place chips in oil until golden brown
4. Place cooked chips on a paper towel
5. Salt to taste and serve
