Sweet Potato Chips

Ingredients
- 3 to 4 medium yams
- 1 to 1 12 c vegetable oil
- salt
Directions
- Peel and wash yams
- Slice as thin as possible the thinner the better
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan let oil get very hot Place chips in oil until golden brown
- Place cooked chips on a paper towel
- Salt to taste and serve
