Sweet Potato Chips
Ingredients
- 1 large sweet potato peeled
- vegetable cooking spray
- salt to taste
Directions
- Slice potato very thin arrange in single layer on baking sheets coated with vegetable spray
- Spray potatoes and bake at 325 for 14 minutes
- Remove when brown and sprinkle salt to taste
- Store in airtight container
- Makes 3 dozen
