Sweet Potato Custard

Ingredients

• 1 c sweet potatoes cooked and mashed
• 1 stick margarine
• 2 Tbsp flour
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 1 uncooked pie shell
• 1 egg
• 1 small can Pet milk
• 1 12 c sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• pinch of salt

Directions

1. Mix the flour and sugar well Add all other ingredients
2. Beat with electric mixer until creamy
3. Pour into pie shell Bake in preheated oven 10 minutes at 450 then 30 minutes or until brown at 350
4. Very important to bake correctly
