Sweet Potato Custard
Ingredients
- 1 c sweet potatoes cooked and mashed
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 uncooked pie shell
- 1 egg
- 1 small can Pet milk
- 1 12 c sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- pinch of salt
Directions
- Mix the flour and sugar well Add all other ingredients
- Beat with electric mixer until creamy
- Pour into pie shell Bake in preheated oven 10 minutes at 450 then 30 minutes or until brown at 350
- Very important to bake correctly
