Sweet Potato Custard

Ingredients

  • 6 large sweet potatoesyams
  • 1 can Carnation
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 12 c brown sugar
  • 1 pkg marshmallows

Directions

  1. Put yams in 4 quarts of water to boil until done
  2. Peel after cooling
  3. Mash potatoes
  4. Add next 4 ingredients
  5. Spread in Pyrex dish
  6. Place marshmallows on top
  7. Place in 325 oven until marshmallows are brown on top
  8. Serves 8
