Sweet Potato Custard

Ingredients
- 6 large sweet potatoesyams
- 1 can Carnation
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 12 c brown sugar
- 1 pkg marshmallows
Directions
- Put yams in 4 quarts of water to boil until done
- Peel after cooling
- Mash potatoes
- Add next 4 ingredients
- Spread in Pyrex dish
- Place marshmallows on top
- Place in 325 oven until marshmallows are brown on top
- Serves 8
