Sweet Potato Honey Balls

Ingredients

• 2 12 c cooked sweet mashed potatoes
• 34 tsp salt
• 5 Tbsp margarine melted and divided
• 12 c miniature marshmallows
• 12 c honey
• 1 c chopped nuts

Directions

1. Combine

3. salt
4. and
5. 2 tablespoons margarine Stir in marshmallows
6. Chill
7. Shape potato mixture into balls using 14
8. cup
9. for each
10. Combine 2 tablespoons melted margarine and honey
11. in a heavy skilletAdd balls one at a time quickly coating
12. each
13. with
14. glaze
15. Roll
16. balls in pecans and place
17. in greased
18. shallow casserole
19. Drizzle with remaining margarine Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes
