Sweet Potato Pie
Ingredients
- 1 12 c cooked sweet potatoes
- 12 level c white sugar
- 13 level c brown sugar
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 12 c evaporated milk
- 1 large egg
- 5 Tbsp French vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
Directions
- Beat sweet potatoes with mixer until free of lumps
- Add remainder of ingredients and beat well
- Pour into one 9-inch unbaked crust and bake in preheated oven at 450 plus 10 minutes Lower baking temperature to 350 and continue cooking for 30 minutes
