Sweet Potato PieMakes 2

Ingredients

• 4 eggs
• 3 c mashed sweet potatoes
• 1 Tbsp vanilla
• 1 can sweetened condensed milk
• 2 c sugar
• 1 stick butter melted
• cinnamon nutmeg to taste

Directions

1. Beat eggs then add other ingredients
2. Pour into unbaked pie crust
3. Bake at 350 until firm about 1 hour
