Sweet Potato Pound Cake

Ingredients

• 2 c flour
• 1 12 tsp baking soda
• 12 tsp ground cloves
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 12 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp nutmeg
• 2 c sugar
• 1 14 c oil
• 4 eggs
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 2 c mashed sweet potatoes
• 12 c chopped pecans

Directions

1. Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl
2. Add add oil vanilla and sweet potatoes and mix well
3. Add eggs one at a time mixing well each time
4. Pour into a greased and floured Bundt pan Bake in oven at 350 for 1 hour
5. Cool
