Sweet Potato Pudding
Ingredients
- 2 c mashed sweet potatoes
- 14 c melted butter
- 1 c sugar
- 2 eggs slightly beaten
- 14 tsp nutmeg
- 14 tsp cinnamon
- 18 tsp cloves
- 12 c Carnation
- 12 c water
- 12 c coconut
Directions
- Use canned sweet potatoes drained
- Mix all ingredients together except coconut Bake at 375 for 35 minutes
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with coconut Return to oven and brown
