Sweet Potato Pudding

Ingredients

• 3 c raw sweet potatoes grated
• 12 c light brown sugar
• 12 tsp salt
• 1 tsp nutmeg
• 12 c light corn syrup
• 1 c milk
• 2 eggs beaten
• 12 c chopped pecans
• 2 tbsp melted butter

Directions

1. Mix ingredients well Pour into a buttered pan Bake in oven 1 hour at 350 Serve with cream
