Sweet Potato Pudding
Ingredients
- 2 lb sweet potatoes cooked and peeled
- 14 c melted butter
- 12 tsp salt
- 6 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 18 tsp vanilla
- chopped pecans
Directions
- Combine potatoes butter sugar vanilla and salt
- Beat until smooth
- Spoon into lightly greased 2-quart casserole dish Sprinkle with chopped pecans and bake at 350 for 30 minutes
