Sweet Potatoes And Honey

Ingredients

• 6 sweet potatoes or yams
• small jar honey
• 2 Tbsp orange juice
• salt to taste

Directions

1. Peel sweet potatoes
2. Cut into 14-inch slices lengthwise Boil for 15 minutes
3. Drain and remove to warm casserole dish greased
4. Mix honey and juice
5. Pour mixture over sweets
6. Bake in 350 oven until tender
