Sweet Relish

Ingredients

• 1 gal green tomatoes
• 12 green peppers
• 12 onions
• 1 head cabbage
• 12 c salt
• 2 12 pt vinegar
• 5 to 6 c sugar
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp allspice
• 2 tsp mustard seed
• 2 tsp celery seed

Directions

1. Combine first 4 ingredients
2. Add salt
3. Let drain on a towel 2 hours
4. Then add remaining ingredients
5. Cook until done
6. Boil Cook about 15 minutes
7. Put in jars and cool
