Sweet Roll Dough

Ingredients

  • 12 c warm water 110-115
  • 2 pkg dry yeast
  • 1 12 c luke warm milk
  • 12 c sugar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 12 c shortening soft
  • 7 to 7 12 c Better Fan Bread Flour sifted

Directions

  1. In mixing bowl dissolve yeast in water Stir in milk sugar and salt
  2. Add eggs shortening and half the flour Stir with spoon Add the rest of flour Turn unto floured board Knead until smooth about 5 minutes
  3. Round-up in greased bowl Cover with damp cloth Let rise until double about 1 12 hours in warm place Punch down Shape into rolls or coffee cake Let rise until double about 30 minutes
