Sweet Sour Spareribs

Ingredients
- 4 lb spareribs
- flour to coat ribs
- 5 cloves garlic
- 2 slices ginger root
- 34 c brown sugar
- 14 c shoyu
- 13 c cider vinegar
- dash of ajinomoto and black pepper
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
Directions
- Lightly coat spareribs with flour
- Fry with ginger and garlic
- In separate pot combine the rest of the ingredients except for the pineapple
- Bring to a boil
- Add the ribs and simmer until tender
- Last 10 minutes of cooking add the pineapple
