Sweeter Muffins
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 13 c milk
- 14 c shortening
- 1 12 c flour
- 12 c sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 12 tsp salt if using plain flour
Directions
- Grease muffin pan
- In mixing bowl beat egg slightly
- Stir in milk and shortening
- Add dry ingredients and mix well Fill muffin cups about 23 full Bake at 400 for 20 to 25 minutes You can fill cups 13 full and put in 12 teaspoon of favorite jelly
- Then finish filling with batter
