Sweetheart Salad
Ingredients
- 1 3 oz pkg lemon gelatin
- 14 c celery chopped
- 1 pkg plain gelatin
- 12 c chopped pecans
- 2 c heavy cream whipped
- 1 pkg 3 oz cream cheese
- 1 small jar pimentos chopped
- 1 8 12 oz can crushed pineapple drained
- pinch salt
Directions
- Dissolve lemon gelatin in 1 cup hot water cool
- Soak plain gelatin in 12 cup cold water
- Combine soaked plain gelatin with lemon gelatin and cool completely
- After cool mix in drained pineapple pimento celery nuts and salt
- Whip cream sweeten if desired fold whipped cream and cream cheese into gelatin mixture
- When thoroughly blended pour into individual molds or serving dish as desired
