Sweetheart Salad

Ingredients

• 1 3 oz pkg lemon gelatin
• 14 c celery chopped
• 1 pkg plain gelatin
• 12 c chopped pecans
• 2 c heavy cream whipped
• 1 pkg 3 oz cream cheese
• 1 small jar pimentos chopped
• 1 8 12 oz can crushed pineapple drained
• pinch salt

Directions

1. Dissolve lemon gelatin in 1 cup hot water cool
2. Soak plain gelatin in 12 cup cold water
3. Combine soaked plain gelatin with lemon gelatin and cool completely
4. After cool mix in drained pineapple pimento celery nuts and salt
5. Whip cream sweeten if desired fold whipped cream and cream cheese into gelatin mixture
6. When thoroughly blended pour into individual molds or serving dish as desired
