Sweetheart Strawberry Shortcake

Ingredients

• 1 c sliced fresh strawberries
• 2 12 Tbsp plus 1 tsp Sugar Twin divided
• 2 Tbsp low sugar strawberry spread melted
• 12 c plus 2 tsp all-purpose flour divided
• 34 tsp baking powder
• dash of salt
• 1 Tbsp reduced-calorie stick margarine
• 2 12 Tbsp fat-free milk
• cooking spray

Directions

1. Combine strawberries and 1 tablespoon sugar substitute let stand 20 minutes
2. Stir in strawberry spread
3. Cover and chill Combine 12 cup flour 1 12 tablespoons sugar substitute baking powder and salt cut in margarine with a pastry blender until crumbly
4. Add milk stir just until dry ingredients are moistened Sprinkle remaining flour over work surface
