Swiss-Broccoli Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp instant chicken bouillon granules
  • 1 10 oz pkg frozen cut broccoli
  • 2 c milk
  • 1 c shredded Swiss cheese
  • 18 tsp nutmeg
  • 14 c flour

Directions

  1. In saucepan heat bouillon in 1 12 cups water until dissolved
  2. Add broccoli cover and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until tender
  3. Add milk cheese nutmeg and a dash of pepper Cook and stir until cheese melts
  4. Combine flour and 12 cold water stir into broccoli mixture
  5. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly
  6. Makes 4 to 6 servings
