Swiss-Broccoli Soup
Ingredients
- 2 tsp instant chicken bouillon granules
- 1 10 oz pkg frozen cut broccoli
- 2 c milk
- 1 c shredded Swiss cheese
- 18 tsp nutmeg
- 14 c flour
Directions
- In saucepan heat bouillon in 1 12 cups water until dissolved
- Add broccoli cover and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until tender
- Add milk cheese nutmeg and a dash of pepper Cook and stir until cheese melts
- Combine flour and 12 cold water stir into broccoli mixture
- Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly
- Makes 4 to 6 servings
