Swiss-Jack Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
  • 1 c shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 c shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 12 c mayonnaise
  • 13 c chopped onion
  • 18 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 14 tsp black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl mix thoroughly
  3. Spread mixture thinly in sheet cake pan
  4. Bake for 8 minutes
  5. Stirturn mixture
  6. Bake another 8 minutes Remove from oven and let cool to room temperature
  7. Turn onto plastic wrap and form into a ball
  8. Refrigerate
  9. Cover with sliced almonds before serving
