Swiss-Jack Cheese Ball
Ingredients
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
- 1 c shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 c shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 12 c mayonnaise
- 13 c chopped onion
- 18 tsp ground nutmeg
- 14 tsp black pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl mix thoroughly
- Spread mixture thinly in sheet cake pan
- Bake for 8 minutes
- Stirturn mixture
- Bake another 8 minutes Remove from oven and let cool to room temperature
- Turn onto plastic wrap and form into a ball
- Refrigerate
- Cover with sliced almonds before serving
