Swiss And Salmon Bites

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 can 14 34 oz premium red or pink salmon drained skin and bones removed
  • 2 tsp instant minced onion
  • 1 tsp parsley flakes
  • 1 12 tsp lemon and pepper seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp dill weed
  • 12 tsp dry mustard
  • 14 c dry bread crumbs
  • 1 c shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 c milk

Directions

  1. With an electric mixer beat eggs
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well
  3. Spoon salmon mixture into lightly greased mini muffin tins to fill Bake in 350 oven for 25 to 30 minutes until lightly browned on edges
  4. Cool 5 minutes
  5. Loosen with knife and remove to serving plate
  6. Serve warm
  7. Makes 26 to 28
