Swiss And Salmon Bites
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 can 14 34 oz premium red or pink salmon drained skin and bones removed
- 2 tsp instant minced onion
- 1 tsp parsley flakes
- 1 12 tsp lemon and pepper seasoned salt
- 1 tsp dill weed
- 12 tsp dry mustard
- 14 c dry bread crumbs
- 1 c shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 c milk
Directions
- With an electric mixer beat eggs
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well
- Spoon salmon mixture into lightly greased mini muffin tins to fill Bake in 350 oven for 25 to 30 minutes until lightly browned on edges
- Cool 5 minutes
- Loosen with knife and remove to serving plate
- Serve warm
