Swiss Baked Chicken

Ingredients

  • 8 chicken breast halves skinned and boneless
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 10 34 oz can cream of chicken soup undiluted
  • 14 c water
  • 12 c or more Ritz cracker crumbs
  • 14 c butter or margarine melted

Directions

  1. Arrange chicken in lightly oiled 13 x 9 x 1-inch baking dish Top with cheese slices
  2. Combine soup and water stir well
  3. Spoon sauce evenly over chicken sprinkle crumbs on top
  4. Dot with butter or margarine
  5. Bake at 350 for 45 to 60 minutes
