Swiss Cheese Spread
Ingredients
- 2 c shredded Swiss cheese
- 3 Tbsp sour cream
- 2 Tbsp minced onion
- 4 slices bacon cooked crisp then crumbled
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 tsp garlic powder
Directions
- Combine all ingredients
- Beat until smooth and of a spreading consistency
- Chill
- Makes about 2 cups
