Swiss Corn Bake
Ingredients
- 2 pkg whole frozen corn
- 1 6 oz can evaporated milk
- 1 egg beaten
- 2 Tbsp onion chopped
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 c 4 oz Swiss cheese shredded
- 1 c soft bread cubes
- 4 Tbsp butter melted
- 14 c Swiss cheese shredded
Directions
- Cook corn until tender and drain
- Mix together with milk egg onion salt pepper sugar and 1 c shredded cheese
- Put in casserole
- Top with bread cubes melted butter and 14 c Swiss cheese tossed together
- Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 350
- Serves 6 to 10
