Swiss Corn Bake

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg whole frozen corn
  • 1 6 oz can evaporated milk
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 2 Tbsp onion chopped
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 12 tsp pepper
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 c 4 oz Swiss cheese shredded
  • 1 c soft bread cubes
  • 4 Tbsp butter melted
  • 14 c Swiss cheese shredded

Directions

  1. Cook corn until tender and drain
  2. Mix together with milk egg onion salt pepper sugar and 1 c shredded cheese
  3. Put in casserole
  4. Top with bread cubes melted butter and 14 c Swiss cheese tossed together
  5. Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 350
  6. Serves 6 to 10
