Ingredients

  • 2 12 lb ground beef
  • 5 oz Swiss cheese diced small or grated
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 green pepper chopped
  • 1 small rib celery chopped
  • 1 tsp salt or Vege-Sal
  • 12 tsp pepper
  • 12 tsp paprika

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 With clean hands combine all the ingredients in a large bowl until the mixture is well blended Pack the meat into 1 large loaf pan or 2 small ones Bake a large loaf for 1 12 to 1 34 hours Bake 2 small loaves for 1 14 hours Yield 8 servings
