Swiss Steak

Ingredients
- 2 lb cubed steak
- 14 c white vinegar
- garlic salt
- flour
- 2 stalks celery cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 large onion cut in wedges
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 1 to 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
Directions
- If using venison soak for 2 hours in water and vinegar solution
- Use enough water to cover by 2 inches
- Pat dry Sprinkle with garlic salt to taste
- Flour lightly
