Ingredients

  • 2 lb cubed steak
  • 14 c white vinegar
  • garlic salt
  • flour
  • 2 stalks celery cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 large onion cut in wedges
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1 small can tomato sauce
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp vegetable oil

Directions

  1. If using venison soak for 2 hours in water and vinegar solution
  2. Use enough water to cover by 2 inches
  3. Pat dry Sprinkle with garlic salt to taste
  4. Flour lightly
