Swiss Steak Deluxe

Ingredients
- 1 12 to 2 lb round steak cut in serving size
- 12 c flour
- 1 12 tsp salt
- 12 tsp pepper
- 3 Tbsp oil
- 1 can tomato sauce or tomato soup
- 12 c warm water
- 1 tsp Worcestershire
- 2 chopped onions
- 1 green pepper
- noodles or potatoes optional
Directions
- Combine flour salt and pepper
- Cover with flour mixture Brown steak in oil
- tomato sauce water and Worcestershire Cover simmer for 1 hour
- Add onion and green pepper
- Cook for 30 minutes serve with cooked potatoes or noodles
