Swiss Steaks Picante
Ingredients
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- 4 minute steaks 1 14 lb
- 3 green onions sliced
- 1 clove garlic chopped
- 34 tsp ground cumin
- 1 8 oz can tomato sauce no salt added
- 12 c medium hot chunky salsa
Directions
- Heat oil in skillet working in batches add steaks and brown 2 minutes turning once
- Remove to plate
- Add green onion garlic and cumin cook for 1 minute
- Add tomato sauce and salsa Bring to simmering add meat to skillet and cook 1 to 3 minutes or just until heated
