Ingredients

  • 2 tsp vegetable oil
  • 4 minute steaks 1 14 lb
  • 3 green onions sliced
  • 1 clove garlic chopped
  • 34 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 8 oz can tomato sauce no salt added
  • 12 c medium hot chunky salsa

Directions

  1. Heat oil in skillet working in batches add steaks and brown 2 minutes turning once
  2. Remove to plate
  3. Add green onion garlic and cumin cook for 1 minute
  4. Add tomato sauce and salsa Bring to simmering add meat to skillet and cook 1 to 3 minutes or just until heated
