Ingredients

  • 200 4 oz cube steaks
  • 12 c flour
  • 2 Tbsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp pepper
  • 2 Tbsp seasoned salt
  • 1 12 c oil
  • 12 c butter
  • 1 gal onions chopped
  • 1 qt green peppers chopped
  • 2 No 10 cans tomatoes
  • 2 c tomato paste
  • 2 lb carrots chopped
  • 1 stalk celery chopped
  • 1 12 gal beef stock
  • 14 c seasoned salt
  • 14 c soy sauce

Directions

  1. Mix flour 2 tablespoons salt 1 tablespoon pepper and 2 tablespoons seasoned salt until well blended Coat steaks with flour mixture Brown lightly in hot oil
  2. Transfer to steam table pans
