Swiss Vegetable Medley

Ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen broccoli carrots and cauliflower thawed and drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c Swiss cheese shredded
  • 13 c sour cream
  • 1 can French fried onions
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Combine vegetables soup 12 cup cheese sour cream salt pepper and 12 can onions
  2. Put in 1-quart casserole
  3. Bake covered at 350 for 30 minutes
  4. Top with remaining cheese and onions
  5. Bake uncovered 5 minutes longer
