Swiss Vegetable Medley
Ingredients
- 1 bag frozen broccoli carrots and cauliflower thawed and drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c Swiss cheese shredded
- 13 c sour cream
- 1 can French fried onions
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Combine vegetables soup 12 cup cheese sour cream salt pepper and 12 can onions
- Put in 1-quart casserole
- Bake covered at 350 for 30 minutes
- Top with remaining cheese and onions
- Bake uncovered 5 minutes longer
