Swordfish Steaks
Ingredients
- 1 lb swordfish steaks
- 14 c soy sauce low salt
- 14 c orange juice
- 2 Tbsp ketchup
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- dash of garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp chopped parsley
- 12 tsp oregano
- 12 tsp pepper
- Pam
- slivered almonds
- lemon slices
Directions
- Clean steaks and place in shallow pan
- Mix all other ingredients
- Pour over steaks and refrigerate for 2 hours
- Place steaks on greased Pam broiler pan
- Cook 4 to 5 inches from heat for 8 minutes
- Turn baste and cook 5 minutes longer
- Top with slivered almonds and thin lemon slices
- Serves 4
