Swordfish Steaks

Ingredients

  • 1 lb swordfish steaks
  • 14 c soy sauce low salt
  • 14 c orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • dash of garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp chopped parsley
  • 12 tsp oregano
  • 12 tsp pepper
  • Pam
  • slivered almonds
  • lemon slices

Directions

  1. Clean steaks and place in shallow pan
  2. Mix all other ingredients
  3. Pour over steaks and refrigerate for 2 hours
  4. Place steaks on greased Pam broiler pan
  5. Cook 4 to 5 inches from heat for 8 minutes
  6. Turn baste and cook 5 minutes longer
  7. Top with slivered almonds and thin lemon slices
  8. Serves 4
