Ingredients
- 3 lb ground beef
- 10 large potatoes
- 1 large onion chopped
- 2 large cans string beans drained
- 2 large cans corn whole kernel drained
- 4 large yellow squash
- 5 large carrots diced cooked 2 cans drained
- salt to taste
- 1 lb Cheddar cheese grated
Directions
- Saute ground beef and onions together
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Add pinch of sage 1 pinch of mustard
- Cook until brown drain and wash off
- Peel diced boiled potatoes then mash boil beans corn and carrots separately
- Cook squash until tender drain
- In square 9 x 9-inch pan
- Layer ground beef mixture green beans squash corn carrots mashed potatoes
- Cover with cheese
- Bake at 325 until cheese is melted and browned
