Ingredients

• 3 lb ground beef
• 10 large potatoes
• 1 large onion chopped
• 2 large cans string beans drained
• 2 large cans corn whole kernel drained
• 4 large yellow squash
• 5 large carrots diced cooked 2 cans drained
• salt to taste
• 1 lb Cheddar cheese grated

Directions

1. Saute ground beef and onions together
2. Salt and pepper to taste
3. Add pinch of sage 1 pinch of mustard
4. Cook until brown drain and wash off
5. Peel diced boiled potatoes then mash boil beans corn and carrots separately
6. Cook squash until tender drain
7. In square 9 x 9-inch pan
8. Layer ground beef mixture green beans squash corn carrots mashed potatoes
9. Cover with cheese
10. Bake at 325 until cheese is melted and browned
