Syrup Tea Cakes

Ingredients

• 1 c shortening
• 1 c sugar
• 1 c syrup
• 2 eggs
• 1 Tbsp vinegar
• 6 c plain flour
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp ginger
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp soda

Directions

1. Roll 14 inch thick
2. Cut into whatever shape you choose Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 375 for 10 to 15 minutes
