Szechwan Chicken
Ingredients
- 2 whole chicken breasts
- 3 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp msg
- 1 Tbsp salad oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 5 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 12 Tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 14 c water
- 1 bunch green onions cut in 1-inch pieces
- 18 to 14 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions
- Split chicken breasts skin and debone
- Cut into 1 12-inch cubes
- Combine cornstarch and monosodium glutamate pat chicken Heat oil add chicken and garlic
- Add soy sauce vinegar sugar and water
- Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until done
- Add green onions and cayenne pepper
