Szechwan Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 whole chicken breasts
  • 3 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp msg
  • 1 Tbsp salad oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 5 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 12 Tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 14 c water
  • 1 bunch green onions cut in 1-inch pieces
  • 18 to 14 tsp cayenne pepper

Directions

  1. Split chicken breasts skin and debone
  2. Cut into 1 12-inch cubes
  3. Combine cornstarch and monosodium glutamate pat chicken Heat oil add chicken and garlic
  4. Add soy sauce vinegar sugar and water
  5. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until done
  6. Add green onions and cayenne pepper
