Taco Bake
Ingredients
- 1 12 to 2 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic chopped
- 3 8 oz cans tomato sauce
- 1 12 c water
- 1 small can sliced olives drained
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 2 Tbsp vinegar
- 2 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 c grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 pkg 12 taco shells
Directions
- In small amount of oil brown ground beef onion and garlic Drain off fat and add tomato sauce water olives flour vinegar and chili powder
- Hot peppers can be added optional
- Simmer for 10 minutes
- Butter an oblong baking dish and layer meat sauce and taco shells beginning and ending with meat sauce
- Sprinkle grated cheese over top and
- bake at 350 for 45 minutes
- Let stand 10 minutes and serve
