Taco Bake

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 small onion chopped
• 34 c water
• 1 pkg taco seasoning
• 1 15 oz can tomato sauce
• 1 4 oz can chopped green chilies
• 2 c 8 oz shredded Cheddar cheese divided
• 1 8 oz pkg shell macaroni cooked and drained

Directions

1. In a skillet brown ground beef and onion over medium heat drain
2. Add water taco seasoning and tomato sauce mix
3. Bring to a boil reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes
4. Stir in macaroni chilies and 1 12 cups cheese
5. Pour into a greased 1 12-quart baking dish
6. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese
7. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until heated through
