Taco Crescent Pie
Ingredients
- 2 c tortilla chips crushed
- 1 12 lb ground chuck
- 1 pkg taco seasoning mix
- 12 c water
- 12 c stuffed green olives
- 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 c Cheddar cheese shredded
- shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato chopped
- taco sauce
Directions
- Brown ground chuck and drain
- Add taco mix water and olives Simmer 5 minutes Separate rolls and put in ungreased 9 x 10-inch pie plate to make crust
- Sprinkle 1 cup crushed chips over bottom crust Spoon on meat mixture the sour cream cheese and top with remaining corn chips
- Bake at 375 for 15 to 20 minutes Slice and serve Top individual servings with as much lettuce tomato and taco sauce as desired
- Freezes well
