Taco Delight

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 small chopped onion
• 1 jar 12 oz medium salsa
• 1 can 8 oz tomato sauce
• 1 chicken bouillon cube
• 1 12 c dry Minute rice

Directions

1. Brown beef and onion in skillet for 5 minutes
2. Add salsa tomato sauce and bouillon cube bring to a full boil
3. Stir in rice cover and remove from heat
4. Let stand 5 minutes and fluff with a fork
