Taco Dip Ambrosino

Ingredients

• 8 oz cream cheese softened
• 1 c cottage cheese
• 1 jar taco sauce hot or mild to taste
• 1 lb shredded Cheddar cheese
• 1 large tomato chopped small
• 1 large avocado chopped small
• 1 can black olives chopped small
• 12 c fresh parsley chopped small

Directions

1. Cream together with a fork cream cheese and cottage cheese until blended
2. Layer mixture in bottom of a glass pie plate or serving bowlplate
3. Add layer of taco sauce vegetables and Cheddar
4. Alternate layers until supplies are exhausted Finish with Cheddar and garnish with parsley
5. Serve with taco chips to scoop
