Taco Dip Ambrosino
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 c cottage cheese
- 1 jar taco sauce hot or mild to taste
- 1 lb shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 large tomato chopped small
- 1 large avocado chopped small
- 1 can black olives chopped small
- 12 c fresh parsley chopped small
Directions
- Cream together with a fork cream cheese and cottage cheese until blended
- Layer mixture in bottom of a glass pie plate or serving bowlplate
- Add layer of taco sauce vegetables and Cheddar
- Alternate layers until supplies are exhausted Finish with Cheddar and garnish with parsley
- Serve with taco chips to scoop
