Taco Lasagna
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 pkg taco seasoning
- 3 c grated Colby cheese
- 1 pkg 6-inch flour tortillas
- 1 can Mexican beans not refried
- picante sauce
- sour cream
- cottage cheese optional
Directions
- Brown hamburger and stir in the seasoning In large round casserole layer meat then cheese then tortilla Repeat until all is used Put beans and sauce on top Cover with more cheese Bake in oven until bubbly and hot for 20 to 30 minutes Serve with sauce and sour cream
