Taco Pie

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 12 c chopped onion
• 1 4 oz can chopped green chiles drained
• 1 12 c milk
• 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
• 34 c Bisquick
• 3 eggs
• 2 sliced tomatoes
• 1 c shredded cheese

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400
2. Grease pie plate
3. Cook beef and onion until brown
4. Drain and stir in seasoning mix
5. Spread in pie plate
6. Top with chiles
7. Beat milk Bisquick and eggs until smooth
8. Pour over beef mixture
9. Bake for 25 minutes
10. Top with tomatoes and cheese and bake 8 to 10 minutes longer
