Tacos In Pasta Shells

Ingredients

  • 1 14 lb ground beef
  • 1 3 oz pkg cream cheese softened
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 18 uncooked jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 c prepared taco sauce
  • 1 c shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 12 c crushed tortilla chips
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 3 green onions chopped

Directions

  1. Brown ground beef
  2. Drain fat
  3. On low heat add cream cheese salt and chili powder
  4. Simmer 5 minutes
  5. Cook pasta shells drain
  6. Toss in butter
  7. Fill with beef mixture
