Tacos In Pasta Shells
Ingredients
- 1 14 lb ground beef
- 1 3 oz pkg cream cheese softened
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 18 uncooked jumbo pasta shells
- 1 c prepared taco sauce
- 1 c shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 12 c crushed tortilla chips
- 1 c sour cream
- 3 green onions chopped
Directions
- Brown ground beef
- Drain fat
- On low heat add cream cheese salt and chili powder
- Simmer 5 minutes
- Cook pasta shells drain
- Toss in butter
- Fill with beef mixture
