Taffy Apple Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 pkg refrigerated peanut butter cookie dough
- 1 large lite cream cheese
- 1 c brown sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- Granny Smith apples
- peanuts
- caramel sauce
Directions
- Spread and flatten 1 package of refrigerated peanut butter cookie dough in a pizza pan
- Bake according to directions
- If it bakes over the edge of the pan trim some away
- Cook completely
