Taffy Apple Salad

Ingredients

• 4 c chopped apples
• 1 can pineapple tidbits or crushed drained save juice
• 1 c dry roasted peanuts
• 1 egg
• 1 Tbsp flour
• 2 Tbsp vinegar
• 12 c sugar
• 8 oz carton Cool Whip

Directions

1. Bring juice to boil
2. Beat egg sugar vinegar and flour together
3. Add juice cook until thick
4. Add Cool Whip
5. Add peanuts pineapple and apples
6. Mix and refrigerate
