Tahini Sauce

Ingredients

• 13 c tahini
• 14 c cold water
• 12 tsp salt
• 13 tsp mixed peppers or just black
• 14 c lemon juice

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend well
2. Use as sauce for fish or make beeflambonion and parsley patties and use as sauce for them
