Tai Pork

Ingredients
- 6 thin sliced pork chops
- 2 tsp Lawrys seasoning salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 12 c crushed garlic
- 12 c oil
Directions
- In large heavy skillet pour 12 cup oil
- While oil is heating season pork chops
- Coat on both sides with crushed garlic
- Brown pork chops on both sides drain
- Serve with rice and favorite stir-fry vegetables
