Tamale Balls And Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 lb lean beef ground
- 1 lb lean pork ground
- 1 12 c corn meal
- 34 c tomato juice
- 13 c flour
- 4 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 2 tsp salt
Directions
- Mix all ingredients with hands and form into small balls the size of large marbles
- Drop into sauce and cook slowly for 2 hours
- Can cook in a 325 oven
- Serve hot from chafing dish Yields approximately 150 balls
