Tamale Bites
Ingredients
- 2 c crumbled cornbread
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 c shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 10 oz can mild enchilada sauce
- 1 12 lb ground beef
- 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
Directions
- Combine cornbread 12 cup of enchilada sauce and salt
- Add ground beef
- Mix well
- Shape into balls
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
- Meanwhile heat remaining enchilada sauce and tomato sauce
- Place meatballs in serving dish
- Pour sauce over and top with cheese
