TamiS Best Cheesecake

Ingredients

• 4 pkg cream cheese
• 1 14 c sugar
• 14 tsp salt
• 5 eggs
• 8 oz sour cream
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 1 c heavy cream

Directions

1. Beat softened cream cheese and add other ingredients in order listed one at a time
2. Pour into crust
3. Bake at 300 at 1 12 hours or until set
4. Chill and garnish with fruit
