TammyS Chicken Fingers

Ingredients
- 2 pkg boneless chicken breast strips
- 2 eggs
- buttermilk
- flour salt and pepper
- 2 to 3 Tbsp seasoned salt
Directions
- Beat the eggs in a large bowl and add enough buttermilk to cover the chicken strips Stir Coat chicken strips and refrigerate overnight
- Remove chicken strips from mixture and shake off excess
- Dip in a mixture of flour salt pepper and the seasoned salt Deep fry until chicken strips are golden brown and drain on a paper towel
