Tandoori Chicken

Ingredients
- 2 to 3 lb assorted chicken parts
- 1 onion optional
- 1 pt plain yogurt
- dry tandoori mix available at Indian grocery stores
Directions
- Remove skin from chicken and place in casserole dish
- Place 1 teaspoon tandoori mix on each piece of chicken
- Pour yogurt into dish and mix chicken spice and yogurt until there is a uniform orange color
- Place in refrigerator 2 hours up to 12 hours
- Bake in oven at 375 for 1 hour
