Tandoori Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 lb assorted chicken parts
  • 1 onion optional
  • 1 pt plain yogurt
  • dry tandoori mix available at Indian grocery stores

Directions

  1. Remove skin from chicken and place in casserole dish
  2. Place 1 teaspoon tandoori mix on each piece of chicken
  3. Pour yogurt into dish and mix chicken spice and yogurt until there is a uniform orange color
  4. Place in refrigerator 2 hours up to 12 hours
  5. Bake in oven at 375 for 1 hour
